Job Description Job Description Meridian HealthCare is looking to hire a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in our Warren outpatient opioid treatment program and primary care office, with rotations to our Youngstown office. Working from the comfort of our medical office, you perform Vital Signs, Medical Histories and Nursing Assessment and assist the physician as needed in the performance of special medical procedures in our Opioid Treatment Program as well as Primary Care services to include family practice, chiropractic/acupuncture and Psychiatric Services. You also help with patient education and health teaching techniques relative to patient care.
